Your Task:

• Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional interface and image to customers and the public
• Shipment Delivery is to meet RDD and PU are uplifted as per RFU and no miss PU.
• Always attend to customer need in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Electronically record via a scanner (or manually if required) all shipment process activities
• Ensure safe handling, security, and integrity of all shipments while in transit
• To be able to communicate with Dispatch/CS when customer needs changes and use initiative to meet customer need
• Ensure all cash transactions resulting from the delivery or collection of shipments
• Reconcile all non-delivered shipments and ensure priority is given to these for the next delivery cycle
