Provides courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; checks all shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service; provides related customer service functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or educational equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
- One year of customer‑oriented business experience preferred.
- Must achieve the minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
- Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time‑management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.
