Country Purchaser Regional Sourcing (m/f/d)

Report to the Regional Sourcing Manager within the Sourcing department located in La Roca del Valles. This position is a permanent contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing a defined group of vendors and partnerships to reach Hager objectives regarding quality, costs, lead time, compliance and sustainable criteria. Lead commercial negotiations.
• Incorporate ESG requirements as part of the sourcing and ensure vendors and other business partners match Hager objectives set in the Code of Sustainable Sourcing.
• Develop and manage overall regional sourcing roadmaps and strategies for assigned spend categories, aligned with group sourcing policy and strategies, and oversee execution of initiatives. Accountable for reporting sourcing savings and compliance.
