Country Program Manager, Business Development (Bogotá)

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in program management, leading technical projects.
• Experience working in Marketing, Sales, and/or Business Development.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese or Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in Program Management, customer loyalty, and demand generation initiatives.
• Experience working in Sales Management.
• Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing, especially with the Small/Medium sized business (SMB) segment.
• Experience in creating or defining marketing campaigns.
• Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
