Our client is a well-established consumer lifestyle business with a strong brand identity and a growing retail and e-commerce presence. Currently anchored in Singapore, the business is entering its next phase of expansion into Malaysia, and is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Country Manager to lead the business end-to-end - with full accountability for performance, growth strategy, and operational excellence across the retail network.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong retail instincts with genuine entrepreneurial ownership - a natural brand builder who leads through influence rather than force, and who thrives in a business that is still evolving and finding its shape.
