Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for XAD Technologies in Pakistan
- Lead and manage a team of sales, engineering, and support personnel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Oversee all aspects of the business in Pakistan, including sales, operations, and finance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve results
