Building on Noteless’ strong home‑market momentum, you will own the Norwegian P&L and end‑to‑end go‑to‑market. Your mission is to safeguard our leadership position in Norway by harvesting our existing customer base within GPs as well as other verticals. You will be responsible for high‑impact partnerships that open the door to municipalities and other strategic channels. Working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Operations, Marketing and Product, you will turn Norway into the showcase blueprint for Nordic growth._

Market Blueprint & Segmentation - Refine TAM, competitive landscape and ideal‑customer profiles across GPs, additional verticals as well as municipal segments.
