As Country Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening Globachem’s market position in Spain and Portugal. You will develop strong, long-term relationships with key distribution partners and ensure that our customers experience Globachem’s values of quality, service, and partnership.
Your responsibilities
- You grow sales and expand market share for Globachem’s crop protection products in Spain and Portugal, driving customer intimacy and delivering tailored service.
- You build and maintain a selective, trusted network of distributors, fostering close collaboration and ensuring mutual success.
- You prepare accurate sales forecasts and you identify new business opportunities by leveraging customer insights, competitor intelligence, and market trends.
