RSS is looking for a talented and experienced Country Manager to join our team. As the Country Manager of Bahrain, you will be responsible to meet and exceed the revenue and EBITDA targets for the country you manage.
The key responsibilities will include the following:
• Maximize Sales opportunities and Business performance through effective management of people, support functions and assets to achieve revenue Forecasts.
• As a minimum, meet the monthly Revenue and EBITDA Forecast for the Business.
• Understand the various elements of the Businesses P&L and how to affect and control those elements for the maximum impact.
• Generate monthly management reports that coherently describe the monthly performance and that can be shared across the organization.
• Work effectively and efficiently with other Managers in the Business to help underpin a supportive team culture.
