Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to front desk enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry and record updates.
- Manage stationery and pantry supplies.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, events and HR-related tasks.
- Assist management with ad hoc administrative duties and ensure the office is well maintained.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Mail and web browsers.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant administrative and front desk experience, ideally in a school environment.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
