Counsel (Manager)
Mastercard is seeking a Counsel (Manager) to provide legal support to assigned business units in Brazil, notably Customer Risk Management, working closely with senior legal team members and business stakeholders. This role supports Mastercard’s commercial operations by delivering timely, practical legal advice and managing contractual risk in alignment with corporate objectives.
Role
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including standard and non standard contracts, escalating complex or high risk issues as appropriate.
- Partner with business teams to provide legal guidance on day to day commercial and operational matters.
- Support senior counsel on more complex transactions, initiatives, and projects.
