:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provides professional legal advice, counsel, and guidance to assure that the Company, its assets and its LATAM Operations are legally safeguarded, are in conformity with all applicable laws and regulations, and will not unduly expose the Company to risk.
- Reviews, drafts and negotiates commercial agreements in English and Spanish for the Company's LATAM Operations, including: transportation (pipeline, rail, trucking, and marine); terminals and storage agreements; purchase and sale of fuels; marketing, brand licensing, and retail agreements; procurement-related supply and service contracts; and other industry-related agreements.Assists in developing policies, procedures and contract forms for the LATAM Operations.
