Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and manage third-party contracts including MSAs, commercial, consulting, and supply agreements
- Manage and analyze existing contract templates and develop new ones in accordance with company guidelines
- Advise internal clients on contract management systems and policies
- Collaborate with in-house attorneys and paralegals to achieve legal goals
- Create and conduct legal training for employees regarding contract processes
- Research and analyze legal issues to provide recommendations to business partners
- Prepare contract summaries and issue lists for executives
- Monitor compliance with internal business and legal processes
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as in-house counsel or at a nationally recognized law firm
