Counsel - Ads, Marcomms, and Consumer Products - SEA

The Role

We are looking for an experienced counsel to join the Netflix legal team in Singapore. The role will be responsible for handling various B2B commercial agreements relating to Netflix’s various growth areas such as advertising, consumer products, and marketing/brand partnerships in SEA. The role will report locally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end drafting, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of B2B commercial agreements supporting Netflix’s growth initiatives in SEA, including consumer products and marketing/brand partnerships.
• Provide comprehensive legal support to Netflix’s advertising business in SEA, including drafting and negotiating agreements with advertising agencies, advertisers, measurement partners, and other third‑party service providers.
