We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager based at the Milton Office and covering Ontario’s Southwestern region. Job Responsibilities

Lead the Customer Experience team to ensure Customer Satisfaction through the development, implementation and execution of Sales policies and procedures. Supervise 3 Customer Experience Coordinators and approximately 10 team members, including Dispatchers and Customer Experience Representatives located in Milton, Bolton, Cambridge and Woodstock.
