The role of the Inbound Customer Service Representative is to receive and handle incoming calls from our clients who have enrolled into our certified and compliant debt settlement program, assisting them with their questions or needs.
**We need**:

- Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer savvy.
- Proficient in English & Spanish.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer inbound calls from enrolled costumers, identify costumer needs and offer the most appropriate resolution.
- Ensure service delivered to our costumers meets contractual goals (KPIS).
