§    Civil   engineering   graduate   +   Minimum   3   years   of   experience   in   the  real   estate   industry or   Civil   engineering   graduate   +   PG   after   engineering   (Preferred)
§    Excellent   communication,   presentation,   and   time   management   skills,   delivery   skills
§    Experience   in   cost   consultancy/   billing   department/   site   execution/experience   in   working   at   the  cost   control   division   of   the   Developer
§    Knowledge   of   the   SAP   system   would   be   an  added   advantage
