Develop recipes and technical recipe sheets using Wincost. Create and maintain Data Sheets in Winrest. Perform costing calculations and pricing analyses. Prepare and analyze commercial P&L reports. Carry out invoice control and ensure billing accuracy. Update and adapt Data Sheets in Winrest according to operational requirements. Modify Yield, Workshops, and other product-related parameters. Verify the consistency of raw material costs and technical data. Collaborate closely with the Production, Purchasing, Finance, and Commercial teams across Brussels and Amsterdam.
