ABOUT YOU
Qualified Quantity Surveyor or Construction Professional with +7 years of experience.
Client‐facing consultancy experience.
Experience in pre‐contract cost management.
Familiar with the design stage of projects.
Self‐motivated, willing to take responsibility.
Ability to lead a team and work to tight deadlines.
Experience on projects of value greater than €50m.
Interest in digitisation & BIM.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
