Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Cost Manager to join our team and deliver high-quality cost management services across a range of building and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a strong client-facing approach, and proven capability as a MEP cost consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Cost Estimates and Bills of Quantities across all project stages, from feasibility through to completion.
- Lead Value Engineering exercises to identify cost efficiencies without compromising design intent or quality.
- Manage the full tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of submissions, and preparation of recommendation reports.
- Administer contracts in line with agreed conditions, advising clients on contractual matters and obligations.
