Cost Manager - Industrial Constructions Projects, Monterrey
We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to support industrial construction projects across Monterrey.
Responsibilities- Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
- Review construction plans and prepare quantity take‑offs, along with contract preparation and management.
- Prepare and review detailed estimates and cost plans.
- Manage estimating and cost‑planning activities, take ownership of, and present the final cost plan.
- Apply Value Management techniques at the outset of a project and, where appropriate, involve Turner & Townsend’s specialist Value Management team.
- Manage the procurement process, implement procurement and contracting strategies, participate in negotiations, and ensure all stages (pre‑qualification, enquiry, analysis, bid evaluation, cost negotiations, contract preparation) are performed effectively.
