- Conduct a Budget estimate to support a feasibility study, using parametric cost analysis.
- Review designs at various stages (Concept, SD, DD & IFC), and prepare quantity take-offs and develop a quantified BOQ Cost Breakdown structure.
- Prepare a cost estimate report with all necessary qualifications and present the results to various stakeholders including but not limited to the Client.
- Manage the procurement process, implementing procurement and contracting strategies and participate in negotiations ensuring that all stages (pre‑qualification, enquiry, analysis, bid evaluation, cost negotiations, selection and contract preparation) are performed effectively and RFP revisions and evaluation are handled.
