- Provide preliminary financial overview, scaffolding cost, early-stage planning and procurement.
- Review project drawings to understand the requirements.
- Perform site visits to gather information and access the scaffolding needs.
- Communicate with the clients to discuss project requirements and expectations.
- Use estimation software to calculate material, labour and transportation costs.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors and safety personnel to ensure estimates support site logistics and safety standards.
- Identify and calculate the costs for the project.
- Prepare and present cost reports to the clients/management.
- Monitor and track project expenses to ensure adherence to budget and reporting any discrepancies.
