Able to communicate at DIR level (inside and outside ACO) in an autonomous manner.
Assist and coach less senior members in their communication.
Demonstrates clear understanding of customers requirements, understands well existing processes, trains less sr. group members & proposes improvements
Actively seeks to learn outside their functional area.
Is an instructor and SME to outside groups
Able to create new processes & procedures to achieve new tasks
Coaches and encourages team members to improve on existing processes or create new ones
Act as supervisor within the team and makes sure to achieve new tasks and objectives.
