Cost Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects
• Conduct cost analysis and monitor project expenditures
• Evaluate and process subcontractor quotations and claims
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Perform site measurements and valuations of work done
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
