Cost Engineer

JOB OVERVIEW:

• The Cost Control Specialist acts as the primary business partner of the Technical Operations Division and is in charge of monitoring, analyzing and controlling land development and construction costs within the Organization.
• The role is responsible for developing and implementing cost control measures to ensure that the Company's construction cost expenditures remain within its budgetary constraints while maximizing profitability.
• This role involves analyzing financial data, managing future costs, and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
