Come help build the future, where our work makes the world work! Cost Controller Toronto, Ontario. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, the Cost Controller is responsible for supporting and driving the financial health, tracking, and forecasting of our construction projects.
PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
- Project Financial Management & Forecasting – Drive execution of project cost tracking, budget management, and financial forecasting from project start to final completion. Own end‑to‑end delivery of cost control reporting, ensuring that cost, quality, and timeline goals are met across all construction developments. Analyze construction material costs and supply chain expenses to advise the business on financial implications and cost‑saving opportunities. Ensure alignment of project expenditures with established budgets, proactively identifying variances and financial risks.
