We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to oversee Food & Beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, and operational compliance. This professional will play a key role in monitoring cost performance, identifying variances, improving internal controls, and supporting both Finance and Operations to ensure efficiency and profitability across F&B outlets.

What you’ll be doing:

Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost. Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency. Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties. Update and maintain receipts into the systems (FMC).
