Wafi Hospitality is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Controller to oversee and lead cost control operations across our central stores and restaurant outlets. This role plays a key part in protecting profitability through effective inventory management, accurate cost monitoring, recipe control, and comprehensive financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all cost control activities across central stores and outlets.
- Manage inventory control processes, stock movement monitoring, and recipe costing.
- Monitor food and beverage wastage and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Conduct periodic production yield tests and spot checks to ensure compliance with approved recipes and operating standards.
