What we need:
An organized, responsible person to oversee the Revenue and OPEX of the company. The successful candidate will have to continuously analyze, secure and optimize the operating cost and revenue, working closely with Finance Management and Shared Services Team. We are looking for someone curious, autonomous and result driven, able to work in an open-minded environment with internal and external stakeholders.
Your key contributions:
- Support the End-to-End process, ensuring that costs are duly and efficiently controlled, and invoices are booked and paid on time.
- Ensure invoices' quality and validity from the business' perspective.
- Monitor and control deviations of the process.
- Raise and follow business claims with service providers.
- Monitor Shared Services Team performance and ensures compliance with TOM.
