Cost Control Lead — Hospitality Projects (Madrid)

Sani/Ikos Group is looking for a Cost Manager to oversee project budgeting and cost control processes. The successful candidate will manage project cost plans from feasibility to completion, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–10 years of experience in cost management, ideally in hospitality or real estate development. Proficiency in English, along with Greek and/or Spanish, is preferred.
