Cost & Contract Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Cost & Contract Manager to lead the commercial, procurement, and contract management functions for a major development project in Singapore. This role covers the full project lifecycle, from tendering and procurement through construction, cost control, contract administration, and project close‑out.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all cost, contract, procurement, and commercial management activities across the project lifecycle.
• Manage tendering, contract reviews, procurement strategies, and commercial risk assessments.
• Administer post‑contract activities including cost control, cash flow forecasting, variation orders, Extension of Time (EOT), Loss & Expense, and contractual claims.
• Monitor project budgets, prepare commercial reports, and ensure projects remain within approved financial targets.
