A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Cost Audit Analyst position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed invoice reviews, reconciliations, and issue documentation across assigned program scopes.
- Verify invoice details against system records, agreements, and master data to identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and classify issues such as cost code errors, rate mismatches, stay day errors, and SOP deviations.
- Maintain structured review files, evidence logs, and issue trackers for transparency and audit readiness.
- Escalate exceptions and recurring issues to management, supporting timely resolution.
- Prepare summaries of findings, recurring trends, and follow‑up status for management reporting.
- Contribute to SOP improvements, KPI tracking, and process enhancement initiatives.
