What's the role?
:The**Cost Accounting Analyst** supports our Cost of Sales team, and reports into our North America Accounting Team Lead, based in Leon, Guanajuato.This position follows a hybrid working arrangement, three days on-site in our Refugio Campestre office and two days remote (work from home).
**Responsibilities**- Review of project / contract terms and ensure that same are reflected in the ERP system (PeopleSoft)- Ensure accurate cost recognition for each project or contract- Ensure timely follow-ups of all outstanding items for accurate accounting- Resolve internal customer inquiries in a professional manner- Support the work of the team as directed by management- Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures and policy and with IFRS regime- Maintain documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices- Assist in the testing, deployment, and management of processes/projects supporting the cost accoun...
