Cost Accountant

• Prepare and maintain project cost sheets, quotations, and budgets for home automation and smart building projects
• Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and pricing
• Support tendering, estimation, invoicing, and commercial activities
• Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Prepare regular cost reports and ensure accurate financial documentation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• .3–7 years of experience in costing, commercial operations, project accounting, or finance
• Experience in Home Automation, ELV, Building Automation, AV Systems, Security Systems, or Smart Building Solutions is preferred
