Job Description

The Corporate Trust Officer (Relationship Manager III) manages and administers a portfolio of client accounts and negotiates new trusteeship and custom agency accounts, ensuring Computershare's interests are protected from risk and providing a high level of service to corporate clients, their legal counsel and investors. The Corporate Trust Officer executes documents committing Computershare to the terms and conditions contained therein.
