We are seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our growing tax advisory practice in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a CA-qualified professional with 3+ years of UAE Corporate Tax experience , preferably from a Big 4 or Top 10 consulting/accounting firm .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UAE Corporate Tax advisory and compliance engagements for a portfolio of local and international clients.
- Review and manage Corporate Tax computations, tax return filings, and tax provisions.
- Prepare and review technical tax memorandums, advisory reports, tax opinions, and FTA clarification requests.
- Advise clients on UAE Corporate Tax implications, tax‑efficient structures, Free Zone eligibility, and cross‑border transactions.
