Design and implement a standardized Supplier Quality Management (SQM) process across all regions and business units.
Partner with Procurement to embed quality requirements in sourcing and supplier contracts, aligning commercial agreements with quality expectations.
Lead global supplier audits and qualification, ensuring risk‑based methodologies and best practices are deployed.
Develop supplier maturity models and drive improvement programs for strategic and underperforming suppliers.
