The CorporateSolutions Assistant Manager is a sales function responsible for bringing sales through corporate distribution channels. The assigned CS Assistant Manager shall lead, manage, and develop the assigned channel in line with the corporate objectives and vision. CS Assistant Manager is also expected to provide delivering new business, handle renewal negotiations and manage aftersales escalations.
Position Responsibilities
- Effectively execute strategies and action plans on handling corporate accounts and lead generation activities.
- Meet the set targets in terms of APE, activation, and number of closed cases.
- Train and manage the channel to sell Group Insurance, Group Credit Life and Health products.
- Build and execute processes to ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met.
