- Ensure efficient compliant and cost-effective operations supporting business continuity and executive functions.
- Lead daily administration and standardize office operations (reception mail supplies meeting rooms housekeeping office access/security).
- Manage and control all corporate records approvals and archiving processes.
- Organize and provide logistics support for corporate events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with UAE government regulators (MOHRE Immigration Municipality Civil Defense etc.).
- Track and proactively renew company licenses tenancies insurances and asset registrations.
- Oversee office facilities management maintenance contracts seating plans and space optimization.
