Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the channel's commercial strategy, prospecting clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with shopping centers and major accounts, promoting the brand, increasing brand awareness, and driving foot traffic to company-owned stores and franchises.
  • Prospect and engage strategic companies through relationship activities, internal marketing (endomarketing), events, trade shows and other commercial initiatives.
  • Develop the Subscription Box channel, strengthening partner relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion and revenue growth.
  • Share and disseminate commercial best practices across channels, sharing internal learnings and market trends.
  • Monitor performance indicators such as Net Sales and Gross Margin (GM), supporting the definition and execution of the channel's commercial strategies.
