This position reports in office five days a week.
Summary:
The Corporate Real Estate Attorney will work directly with partners and clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions involving the sale, acquisition, financing, development and leasing of hospitality, office buildings, and other commercial real estate. Duties include reviewing, preparing, and managing transaction documentation, reviewing and advising on operational matters, reviewing, managing, and responding to diligence requests, and coordinating closings.
