Build scalable processes and frameworks that keep talent practices consistent across business units, translating organizational needs into structured initiatives and implementation plans. Develop proposals, roadmaps, and rollout strategies for new and evolving talent programs, including piloting initiatives, gathering feedback, measuring impact, and refining before broader launch.
