Department Overview

The President Office plays a central role in driving the Commerce & Marketing Company's management, primarily in three areas: strategy formulation, performance management, and organizational operations. This includes developing mid-term business plans, managing the company's overall performance, controlling budgets versus actuals, and promoting organizational revitalization.

In carrying out our duties, we collaborate with a wide range of departments both within the company (various business units, back office, development, etc.) and outside the company (company-wide corporate divisions, other companies, etc.)
