This firm supports elite founders and high-growth startups and is rapidly expanding its venture and equity practice.

We are seeking a  Corporate Paralegal with real startup experience to join initially as a full-time Virtual Assistant under a 90-day probationary period.

Pending strong performance and mutual alignment, this role will transition into a direct hire position with the firm.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys building systems from the ground up.
