Ryder Reid Legal is seeking 3 x Paralegals to join a US law firms Corporate team on fixed term contracts.
2 x 12 month FTC1 x 6 month FTCThe firm is seeking those with TC's already confirmed with a similar US or City law firm, and ideally some prior experience or a proven interest in Private Equity & M&A.
The successful candidates will be responsible for duties including;
Assist with preparation of corporate documentation and ancillary transaction documents, including board minutes, written resolutions and the maintenance of statutory registers and minute books.Conduct legal and corporate due diligence, including managing the virtual data room and preparing diligence reports and checklists.
