Responsibilities
Ensure the execution of R&D projects in coordination with the team.
Organize the team, ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
Actively participate in internal meetings and with external stakeholders (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) to promote training and share knowledge.
Conduct market studies and monitoring to stay aware of latest technologies and assess their integration into products.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
High level of English (at least C1);
other languages (e.G., German) are valuable.
