Responsibilities
- Set performance goals, KPIs, and deadlines aligned with company objectives
- Drive corporate client acquisition and lead generation through various channels (telemarketing, online, networking, fieldwork)
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Monitor sales, margins, accounts receivable (AR), and ensure timely collections
- Oversee branch operations, including transactions, expenses, inventory, and aging items
