Corporate M&A Associate – Global Practice, Fast-Paced

Lumiere Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Legal Associate to join a Corporate M&A practice at an international law firm.

You will advise on private M&A, joint ventures, disposals and venture capital investments, conduct due diligence, and draft and negotiate critical transaction documents.

The role requires 1–3 years PQE, qualification to practice in Singapore or England & Wales, exceptional drafting, strong academics, and a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
