The client is a US based, venture-backed AI infrastructure company and NVIDIA Cloud Partner building the compute backbone for the AI economy. They provide distributed GPU cloud and bare-metal infrastructure for AI training, inference, and HPC workloads.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions and commercial arrangements.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to provide practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Self‑driven and capable of working independently while supporting a rapidly scaling, venture‑backed business.
